We primarily install Viessmann boilers due to their reliability, efficiency, and long warranties, but we can supply other leading brands if preferred.
Do you offer warranties on new boilers?
Yes. All new boilers come with manufacturer warranties, and all our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.
How long does a boiler installation usually take?
A standard like-for-like boiler replacement is usually completed within one day. More complex installations, such as relocating the boiler, upgrading pipework, or converting to a combi system, can take 2–3 days depending on the work involved. We’ll always confirm the timeframe before starting.
How often should a boiler be serviced?
Your boiler should be serviced once a year in line with the manufacturer’s instructions. An annual service by a Gas Safe-registered engineer keeps it safe and efficient, helps maintain your warranty, and catches small issues before they become costly repairs.
What are the signs I might need a power flush?
Cold spots on radiators, slow heating, noisy pipes or boiler, and dirty water when bleeding radiators are common signs of sludge build-up. A power flush removes this debris, improves circulation, and helps protect your boiler and heating system.
Do you work with landlords and letting agents?
Yes. We provide Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s) and carry out repairs, maintenance, and boiler work for rental properties, with clear communication and reliable response times.
How often is a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate required?
Landlords must arrange a gas safety check every 12 months. The inspection must be carried out by a Gas Safe-registered engineer, and a copy of the certificate must be provided to tenants.
